6. Payments and Refunds

Project fees, payment schedules and terms are defined in the written agreement for each engagement. Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, deposits and completed work are non-refundable. Any disputes regarding invoicing must be raised within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orivix Devs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant project during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

9. Third-Party Services
